If you are not sure which one it is
Most people are not. A sink that drains slowly and a main line that is about to back up look the same from the kitchen, and a damp patch on a ceiling can be a supply line, a drain or a roof. Tell us what you can see and what you can hear, and we will tell you which of these it most likely is before anybody drives anywhere.
If it turns out to be something else, we will say so. Plenty of what looks like plumbing is not.
Who we work for
Houses, apartment buildings, restaurants and small offices. A restaurant kitchen and a bungalow have different fixtures and different rules, and a building with tenants has a different chain of approval, but the work underneath is the same work.
If you rent, the work has to be approved by whoever owns the building. Tell us when you get in touch and we will tell you what that takes.
Why the age of the house matters more here than the address
Los Angeles built most of its housing stock before the materials we now use existed. Galvanized supply pipe, cast iron drains and clay sewer laterals are all still in the ground in large numbers, and all three fail in ways that look like something else from inside the house.
