LA Plumbing Pros
What happens after you call
The worst part of a bad plumbing job is usually not the waiting but not knowing.
People do not mind waiting nearly as much as they mind not being told. Almost every bad experience in this trade comes down to somebody sitting in a house with no idea what is going to happen or when.
What we ask you on the phone
What is happening, and where in the house. How long it has been going on. Whether it has happened before. Whether the house is on a slab or raised over a crawlspace, if you know, because that changes the job more than almost anything else. Whether you own the place or rent it.
None of that is a script. It is what lets us tell you something useful before anybody drives anywhere, including telling you that what you have is not urgent.

Then, in order
- You tell us what is wrong. A sentence and a ZIP is enough to start.
- We tell you when we can be there, and we give you a window.
- If that window moves, you hear it from us before it moves, not after you have waited through it.
- We look. Then we tell you what we found, in plain words, while we are still there. Not in a report that arrives the next day.
- You decide what happens next, including deciding to do nothing yet.
Same day, and we tell you the window before we set off so you are not waiting in all afternoon.
If you rent
The work has to be approved by whoever owns the building. Tell us at the start and we will tell you what that takes, and we will talk to a landlord or a manager directly if that is easier than you being in the middle of it.
What happens if it is bigger than it looked
You hear it from us at the point we find out, while we are still in front of it, and before anything else is done. More on that in before we ask you to approve anything expensive.

Tell us what is wrong.
Say what the problem is and where you are. We will tell you what we can do and what it takes.
Our work is covered for a year.
